Choose whichever appears in the menu any will work. I recently purchased a new PC with Windows 7, and the manufacturer bundled a third party shredder application. On either Windows 10 or Windows 11, you can right-click the Start button or press Windows+X and click either 'Windows PowerShell (Admin)', 'Command Prompt (Admin)', 'Windows Terminal (Admin)'.
